Kyle R. Suhr brings over 34 years of industry experience to his client relationships; leading both buyers and sellers toward seamless transactions and expertly navigating the luxury real estate market in Southwest Florida.
Kyle began his career as a real estate agent at a national franchise in Michigan where he established and maintained a successful business for 20 years. During this time, he and his family enjoyed seasonal vacations in Southwest Florida and developed an evolving appreciation for the area’s inevitable growth.
In 2010, Kyle and his wife Lisa made Bonita Springs their permanent home and have since moved to a Gulf access waterfront home where they are currently living the boating-lifestyle dream.
