After viewing previously lived-in homes, we decided that looking for a new home better fit our needs and desires. Kyle had also researched new homes and we arrived at a DR Horton development that was a newer development. They had several models open and some homes that were in the process of being built. Kyle stayed with us on the tour, asking questions of the salesperson that we may not have thought about. (We are from Minnesota). We ended up finding a home that was just being finished and felt it was right for us.
